even more new site updates!

hi! bee again :3, as always there's not a lot for me to write about but i just wanted to share a few screenshots of the new site!

i'll find a better home for the buttons soon!

this doesn't look that different from the last time i showed this page, but some work has been done that isn't visible! mainly, the blog section now automatically shows the five most recently blog posts, rather than it just being manually updated! like i do for my blog specific pages, i use eleventy for that, but now im using it to render my whole site and elements like this one instead of just for my blog page!

wow! blog pages!

similar to my main page, this is rendered using eleventy! although instead of only showing recent posts this page will scroll (theoretically) infinitely down as i write more blog posts, this is where my blogs will be for the forseeable future after i launch the site, however all posts will still be mirrored onto this (the nekoweb site, at the time of writing) site for as long as i feel like maintaining it, so this place isnt going anywhere anytime soon :3.

and last, the actual blog text page!

this page has,, the text from the blog on it, again, rendered through eleventy (i write these posts in obsidian for a markdown editor before eleventy makes them into html :3), theres not much to say about this one.

actual last thing as well, comments also work on the new blog!

it was a tad annoying to tweak the css of the comment widget, but i got it looking nice !! and i feel it fits really well. so yeah! thats about all i have to share for today, thank you for reading and i hope you have a lovely evening internet stranger :D
